Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika
In a bowl, mix hot sauce and melted butter
Pour half of the sauce mixture into the pressure cooker, then add seasoned chicken wings
Pour the remaining sauce over the chicken wings
Close the pressure cooker lid and set it to high pressure for 8 minutes
Once done, release the pressure naturally for 5 minutes, then do a quick pressure release
Remove the chicken wings from the pressure cooker and place them on a baking sheet
Broil the wings in the oven for 5-7 minutes until crispy
Serve hot and enjoy
