Popsicles that taste great with the rich flavor of browned butter, sweet caramelized peaches, and creamy goodness.
Ingredients:
- 4 peaches, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Over medium heat, melt the butter in a skillet
Let it sit for about 5 minutes, or until it turns golden brown
Put chopped peaches and brown sugar in the pan
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until the peaches are soft and the sugar turns caramelized
Allow to cool
Put the heavy cream, milk, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt into a blender
Add the cooled peach mixture
Mix until its smooth
Put the sticks into the popsicle molds and pour the mixture into them
Freeze until solid, which should take about 4 to 6 hours or overnight
Take the popsicles out of the molds and enjoy once they are frozen
