Easy Gluten Free Strawberry Yogurt Muffins

These strawberry yogurt muffins are quick and easy to make, and they taste great. Theyre great for a quick breakfast or snack. When you mix almond flour, yogurt, and fresh strawberries, you get a deliciously tender texture.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries

Instructions:

Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up

Gluten-free all-purpose flour, almond flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt should all be mixed together in a bowl

Add the vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract to a different bowl and mix them together using a whisk

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together just until they are mixed

Add the chopped strawberries slowly

Put about two thirds of the batter into each muffin cup in a muffin tin that has been greased

Put it in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean

Let the muffins cool for 5 minutes in the pan before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down
