Ingredients:
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 375F 190C
In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until they are well coated
Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded
