Creamy mashed potatoes infused with the tangy kick of Cholula hot sauce and the richness of cheddar cheese.
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons Cholula hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a pot of salted water, boil the diced potatoes for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until they are soft
Put the potatoes back in the pot after draining them
Put Cholula hot sauce, butter, and milk in the pot with the potatoes
Make the potatoes smooth and creamy by mashing them
Add the grated cheddar cheese and mix it in until it melts and is well mixed in
Add pepper and salt to taste
Enjoy while hot
