Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, washed and cubed
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together melted butter, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
