Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

Instructions:

Peel and slice the ripe banana

In a blender, combine the banana slices, unsweetened almond milk, ground turmeric, and honey or maple syrup

Blend until smooth and creamy
