Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar optional
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
- Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions:
The flour, eggs, milk, water, melted butter, salt, sugar if using, and vanilla extract if using should all be put into a blender
Mix the batter well so that there are no lumps and it is smooth
Put a nonstick skillet or crepe pan on medium heat and add a little butter or oil to coat it
A little batter should be poured into the pan and swirled around to cover the bottom in a thin layer
For about two minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown and the edges begin to lift
The crepe should be cooked for an extra one to two minutes on the other side, until its fully cooked and lightly browned
Do it again with the rest of the batter, and if necessary, add more butter or oil to the pan
You can put Nutella, fresh berries, whipped cream, or maple syrup inside the crepes and serve them hot
