Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
Crush Ritz crackers and mix them with Parmesan cheese and garlic powder in a shallow dish
Dip each chicken breast in the melted butter, and then cover it completely with the cracker mix
Spread the chicken breasts out in a baking dish that has been greased
Put dried parsley flakes on top of the chicken skin
Put it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the coating is golden brown
